The business problem
Agencies, consultants and small businesses often bill clients from word-processor templates or spreadsheets. Invoice numbers drift, payments are tracked separately, and preparing tax figures at year end means rebuilding the numbers by hand.
The solution
InvoicePro keeps clients, invoices and payments in one Django application. Invoices are generated as PDFs from stored client and line-item data, payments are recorded against each invoice, and reports summarise what has been billed, paid and is outstanding. Role-based admin access separates who can create, approve and view billing data.
Development approach
Built as a reusable product on Django with a REST API, so it can be deployed for a single business or used as the foundation for a customised billing system.
